ANTASWAR MUDRA


Introduction:

        First, sit on the floor in any asana. Now close both your eyes and then close both the ears by both the hands strongly by which you are not able in hearing outer sound but sound like sayan-sayan may start to origin in the ears. This mudra is called antaswara mudra.

Time:

        This mudra should be done 15 minutes twice a day regularly and its time should be increased slowly.

Benefits:

        The person, who does the practice of this mudra, can feel the minutest sound and waves. The vital power of the person starts to increase in the body slowly.
