In addition to, give pressure towards the spinal cord from the navel while heaving and deflating the stomach. Do this activity at least 100 times and make the breathing activity fast like dog. To make this activity more effective, exclude internal air properly by staying in vajrasana mudra. Thereafter, do the practice of jalandhara bandha by stopping breath. After that, heave and deflate the stomach muscles till you are able in stopping breath. Thereafter, exclude internal air. Thus, do this activity many times.
