         Every person wants happiness in life. There should be no grief. Good health has an important place to achieve happiness in life. Nowadays, there are different kinds of health clubs in our locality where both men and women do exercise for sometime to get good health. But we should know that none can get good heath only by going in health club. We should give attention on diet too if we want healthy body. Meal should contain nutritive elements essential for health. Besides, regular exercise and 6 to 8 hours’ sleep without tension and stress are also necessary for health.   

         Our ancient epics describe that nutritive and balanced diet, sound sleep and good mental state increase the age of a person. Health means the body without disease. In addition to, a person should be happy too. If it is so, you will appear too much beautiful.

         We should be aware about our health in place of falling ill. Passing life without illness is also an art. Only those who are healthy know how much treasury they have. Every person should be serious about health all the time. Several people get up late in the morning because of watching television and they do not do exercise due to this reason. In this way, several diseases occur in their body knowingly and unknowingly.  

Precautions:

      In this case, we should adopt this famous probverb 'Early to bed early to rise'. (Make a habit of going early in the bed at night and awakening early in the morning.) They should do exercise in the morning. Healthy people do every work with great zeal and zest. On the contrary, unhealthy people keep on lying into the laziness. Here it means to say that they do not have zest in their life. Our life is precious and we should follow all these things to pass a happy life.
